[hide]1. Go to any store and ask them for a box of any zippo lighter becuse you think the boxes look so cool. (yes, that is what i did), buy the one you like.
2. Now call up Zippo customer support, (diffrent number for diffrent countries so i can't provide you with one)
3. They will ask what's wrong with it, just say it doesn't light up, say that you filled it out with oil, also that the zippo is completely new and that you checked and the flint was there.
4. If they ask you to send it in, just say that you picked it up while you were sick and you couched some blood on it, (THEY WONT TAKE IT IN THEN)
5. Provide them with your REAL info.
